How long does my order take to ship? Can I pick up my order?
You can expect your merchandise shipping within 1-3 business days, depending on the type of shipping you select at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow the status of your package. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Please keep in mind that weekend orders will ship out the beginning of the work week. If you live in the Las Cruces, New Mexico area, you can arrange for a pickup. Please make sure to select the pickup option at checkout. You will not be charged for shipping when you select this option, and you will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States and U.S. territories.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of the purchase date.
Items must returned in their original condition and unused.
A proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be subject to item availability.
